Minutes of RATS Cycling Club Inc Annual General Meeting held on 15 March 2020 including President’s Report.
Elected to the Management Committee were:

- Vice President: Lonnie Toia
- Secretary: Barbara Neal
- Treasurer: No nominations received
Steve Madden retired as Treasurer.
Sheryl Kavanagh was appointed a Life Member for her long-standing contribution to the club including providing mechanic services at our events, servicing our fleet of mountain bikes and holding women’s bike maintenance courses as well as her support for women’s sport and mountain biking.
