Minutes of RATS Cycling Club Inc Annual General Meeting held on 3 March 2019 including President’s and Secretary’s Report.
Elected to the Management Committee were:
- President: Darren Flood
- Vice President: Lonnie Toia
- Secretary: Barbara Neal
- Treasurer: Steve Madden
Andrew Fry retired as Secretary after 10 years in the role.
Wayne Shearer retired as Treasurer.
Owen Matthews was appointed a Life Member.

Agenda for Annual General Meeting of RATS Cycling Club Inc which will be held at Redlands Track Park Race Base, Behind Redland Animal Shelter, 264 South St, Thornlands on 3 March 2019 at midday after the third round of the Summer Sprints.
Formal nominations have been received for President and Vice President, an informal nomination for Secretary, but no nominations for Treasurer. Nominations can be made from the floor of the AGM for these positions.

The Annual General Meeting of RATS Cycling Club Inc will be held at Redlands Track Park on 3 March 2019 after the third round of the Summer Sprints.
Nominations for President, Vice President, Treasurer & Secretary are now invited using this form.
Nominations are to be received by via secretary@ratscc.com.au or the club PO Box by 23 February 2019.
